Time for T.E.A. Orlando, a diverse women’s organization will host an intimate tea gathering on Saturday, November 7, 2020 at The Garden Villa in Winter Park (1400 S. Denning Dr. Winter Park, FL 32789) from 11 a.m.- 1 p.m. The event will focus on mental health topics to include overcoming fear, changing your mindset, and creating your circle. The local organization has partnered with Life Counseling Solutions, a mental health and family counseling organization that services the Central Florida community.
During this unprecedented year, 2020 has created challenges for many families such as health oppositions from COVID-19, job loss, fear of the uncertain, and disconnection among those that struggle with anxiety, depression, and factors related to their mental health. This event will showcase licensed mental health experts Janie Lacy, Lisandra Michado, and Jenna Brody-McLeod as event panelists sharing techniques and resources that benefit healing, mindset, relaxation, and overall personal development for growth. The Mask’ erade tea will be the second installment of mental health conversations driven by the Time for T.E.A. organization.
“Although 2020 has been a challenging year, we intend to step into 2021 with renewed strength and confidence!,” said Time for T.E.A. Founder Tracey Phipps. “The purpose of this panel is to mentally equip you with the tools to overcome challenges and step into a prosperous new year,” she added.
