“I am so excited for our first virtual event. With all that has gone on in our country, I wanted to be able to bring hope and awareness to how people can make an impact in their communities,” said Tracey Phipps, Founder of Time for T.E.A.
The organization’s mission is to cultivate a culture of women and girls in diversity and age to gather consistently to engage and educate one another around the nation.
“Traditionally, our face to face events allow women to network and have open and honest conversation about relevant topics we encounter throughout our journeys in life, career, and just seeking to be successful women,” Tracey explained. “Due to COVID -19, I felt this was an opportunity to not only highlight women and men that are making a difference during this time, but share ways that people can use what they have to empower and uplift.”
This event is free and open to the virtual public with the option to donate towards the organization’s Time for T.E.A. Teens initiative. Attendees must register for the event.
